Eric Forte Leach graduated (Magna Cum Laude) from Southern Illinois University with a BA in Music with a concentration in Musical Direction and Piano Accompanying. From large-scale Broadway National Tours to summer stock and children’s theater, Eric Fotre Leach has had the honor of working as Music Director, Conductor, and Accompanist on many wonderful projects.

Eric recognizes that the role of Music Director requires leadership skills, patience, respect, problem solving, and the ability to make changes on the fly. Eric takes pride in bringing these attributes to every job and believes that there is no greater reward than the work resulting from weeks and months of preparation and collaboration.
